I am a Medical Doctor and qualified Dietitian with a simple, yet powerful philosophy: achieving your best health should be an empowering and positive journey, not a punitive one. And yes, we’re allowed to laugh along the way.

My career has been driven by a deep desire to make a substantial, positive difference in the lives of others. This quest has taken me from the data-filled world of clinical research to the front lines of hospital medicine, and has now beautifully converged in a holistic general practice. Here, I combine the science of medicine with the art of root cause analysis to understand the ‘why’ behind your health.

My approach is uniquely informed by a dual expertise. As a Dietitian (since 2006) and a Doctor (graduating Cum Laude from UFS in 2014), I bridge the crucial gap between nutrition and medicine. I utilise advanced tools like gene testing with DNAlysis to provide personalised supplementation and lifestyle advice that is as unique as you are.

But health is multifaceted. I firmly believe that when you look good, you feel a profound sense of confidence that elevates your entire life. This passion led me to become an avid learner of Aesthetic Medicine, holding a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and recently completing a Professional Diploma in Dermatology through the Royal College of the Physicians of Ireland (IHEED).
